Getting Started
New to OdeuMate? Here's how to make the most of your first few days.
1. Explore with Sample Data
Every new OdeuMate instance comes with optional sample data — pre-loaded props, costumes, and people that show you how the system works in practice. Take a tour before adding your own data.
2. Set Up Your Locations
Start by mapping your storage spaces. OdeuMate's 5-level hierarchy lets you model exactly where things live — from buildings down to individual shelves.
3. Start Adding Inventory
Begin with the module that matters most to your theater. Props and costumes are popular starting points. Snap photos, add descriptions, and assign storage locations as you go.
4. Invite Your Team
Add other admins and assign roles based on their responsibilities. OdeuMate's role-based access ensures everyone sees what they need.
5. Need Help Migrating?
